Katy Warren, LMT
Katy has ten years of licensed massage experience. She enjoys breaking up adhesions in the muscles as well as connective tissue. Her techniques help to minimize the body’s vulnerability to future injury. She does this with a blend of deep tissue and myofascial release techniques. With a decade of spa experience, Katy incorporates Swedish modalities to soothe the sympathetic nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This slows heart rate, lowers blood pressure, promotes digestion, and aids in recovery.
